Privacy Policy

Overview
Armatir is a technical studio operated by Matthew Curcic, based in Alberta, Canada. This page explains what information is collected when you visit this site and how it is handled. The short version: we collect only what you submit through the contact form, and we don't track you.
Information We Collect
The only personal information we intentionally collect is what you choose to submit through the contact form — your name, email address, and message. We do not use analytics tools, tracking scripts, or advertising pixels. That said, standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps, browser type) may be generated automatically by our hosting infrastructure as part of normal web operations.
How We Use Your Information
Information you submit through the contact form is used only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, share, or pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
This site is hosted on Vercel, which may retain server-side access logs in accordance with its own privacy policy. Contact form submissions are routed through Resend for email delivery and are subject to Resend's privacy policy. We encourage you to review those policies if you have concerns about how either service handles data.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are kept only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry. We do not maintain a mailing list or marketing database.
Your Rights
You may request access to or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. For visitors in Canada, these rights are protected under applicable federal and provincial privacy legislation. To make a request, email contact@armatir.com.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
